MAKE SURE TO LAND ON YOUR WHOLE FOOT AND NOT SOME PART OF IT. ALSO MAKE SURE TO NOT LAND ON THE SIDE OF YOUR FOOT OR YOU WILL BE HANDICAPPED.
The most preferable method is sprinting and much better variant is fasted sprinting. ( 1 to 2 day fasts increase normal hgh production and especially spikes after a day of fasting ) Sprinting itself helps secrete HGH, since the bones, muscles and tendons are under stress and need to be healed, thats why u can use it for your advantage. Nigga attaching weights to your leg isnt enough force to cause bone seperation. Also the baseball players and shit your talking about started when they were young and only had open growth plates. Even then the changes were minimal (a few cm or less, not even really noticeable).

All of these copes wont work and even if it could it would just lead to deformity since there is no way to control bone growth. Even in leg lengthening a surgical procedure sometimes growth deformities happen and they have nails and other mechanisms to hold the bone in correct position

While you can improve spinal disc health and even achieve slight disc thickening, which may minimally boost height, there’s no real evidence that substantial height increases are possible in adults without surgical interventions like leg lengthening. The person you're referring to claims it's technically possible in adulthood, but from what I know, he started well within puberty.
Bone remodelling is real but it’s substantially weaker during adulthood.
A much more realistic scenario: Let’s assume you chew hard gum for years daily- under ideal circumstances, you may be able to increase jaw breadth by about 2-4mm over several years as a result of the increase in density and bone thickness.
However you can’t increase bone length as an adult, other than with surgical help as mentioned.

HGH mainly supports this process, leading to potential increases in bone density and slight thickening, but claims of substantial height growth are unrealistic. If that be would true literally any men, who does yoga consistently, would see some minor height improvement at least.
Consistent stretching may help you reach your full height potential, but any gains would be minimal at best.

Haven't seen the russian height video in awhile, don't remember if it's legit or not hard to say. Is it anywhere on the forum? To your other point, pros typically train from youth, which may stimulate more growth in the dominant arm. Idk if it's applicable after plate's fused.
