I think he would have to slap it with absolutely everything.
Dutasteride 2.5mg, oral minoxidil, RU high concentration.

There's still a lot of hair there but he's fighting a colossal uphill battle at such a young age.

Meds are really best for guys who are genetically preconfigured to thin out over many decades - not ten years.
