That is where I stopped watching. It was obvious the writers were going to ruin the movie ending with some feel good counter insurgency by the Barbies and their human sycophants.
Ken is really the main character of the movie. His ascension from second class beta male to King of his Castle is an epic hero's journey. You can see his evolution start when he visits the real world and is introduced to history via library books. He quickly learned the lessons of the real world and shared those lessons with his Ken brethren in Barbieland like a true leader would. Balance was returned to Barbieland when the Barbies learned they would be happier serving the Kens then pursuing their unfulfilling careers.
