Really scary tbh I need to look into how to maintain one’s fat pads for as long as possible its not just collagen although it definitely plays a big part. at 37 years old she looks great. I'm sure if you live a healthy lifestyle, have all your hair, and use tretinoin there is no reason to look old at 30 as a guy. Aging is inevitable but it is better to delay it as much as possible using whatever you can
