I forgot to post this last year, got rhino in like may 2024 but here’s results.

Keep in mind all these pics are from a while ago, my nose was still swollen in the after pics (hence being wider than before) but yea. Also no longer buzzed and fixed my hair recession quite a bit (fin+minox).

You are a child, make no mistake. You are 16 years old, your brain is so undeveloped it's not even worth telling you because you wouldn't understand. You are a little boy and it's unfortunate you are getting plastic surgery and chemically castrating yourself. I wish you all the best buddy

And people will cope and say "nooo dude you don't get it, kids have always gone bald in their early to mid teens", my nigga i'm not 70 years old that i don't remember how boys looked in their teens, not a single one was balding at that age. 99% guys from my generation only started balding in their 20s, not teens or even 12-15 that's completely abnormal. Something is obviously going on but nobody wants to talk about it. What do you think is going on personally?

The quality of shampoos has become shit that deliberately makes everyone bald

htn with good hair and skin
Lol he is not HTN. Facially he's high LTN due to subpar eye area but I think that will get better as he ages, I had similar issue when o was a teen but as your face matures when you hit 20s you start looking better but that may not happen now due to finasteride. Girls are looking at his face and not seeing any sex appeal

So overall we know that DHT is the cause of hair loss
Mostly we know it because
- In 5alpha reductase type 2 deficient people they dont get hair loss
- I've looked into the genes DHT expresses and they all cause changes in the body that cause hair loss (less igf1, some prostaglandin changes,..)

But that hair loss is seen now really early on in boys is really absurd. These few kids I was talking about only just hit puberty and weren't even of tall stature or had any other dimorphic features. (This means they are in a early stage of puberty)

There are now two cases regarding your question what could be the cause:

Either people in general have early puberty, which is true and hair loss can also be seen typically in people around 16-17 when their testosterone levels peak in their live -> more T can be converted via 5AR to DHT

Or these kids in my school (Obviously there would be more cases, I'm just talking about them as an example) have outlier genetics that make them loose hair faster. This could be caused by too many ARs in the scalp, genetic mutations where DHT causes even worse effects for the hair (restricting igf1 more in the hair follicle,..)

yeah btw one of the reasons are also:

As we age our scalp get more sensitive of androgens, so dht

Inject a 50 year old castrate with androgens, they get bald very fast, opposite will happen on a 20 year old castrate
this can be caused by many reasons

How fast this process goes is depended mostly on genetics
(I noticed more stronger different body hair while i started balding)

So in summary: shit genetics

Well DHT is not the actual root cause though i think we've agreed on that before. I am of the belief mpb is a metabolic disease at the very core level.
This may be true but finasteride damages something like 10000 genes so inhibiting DHT is not the way, there are no current ways to inhib DHT only in the scalp without it going systemic and it going systemic is not what you want at all.

So yeah there is definitely something going on because it is not normal for young teenage boys to be losing hair, not at all. Something is happening in recent times, it didn't happen when i was a teenager because none of my peers or i were balding at all. I mean 16 year old kids with NW3 is just insane to me. Hormones go wild during puberty but it doesn't and shouldn't result in hair loss.

It's true people are hitting puberty earlier than before, women in particular are hitting puberty 1-2 years earlier on average than before. Even if boys are hitting puberty earlier, i still don't think that means 16-17 year olds should be suffering from hairloss. You don't think my generation boys at that age had high test? we all did, all boys that age have sky high test usually but we still didn't bald. I also don't believe it's genetics to bald at 16/17 either. It's an outside influence, perhaps environmental or something else.
I just feel like there is something actively causing the hairloss and nothing to do with their actual genes, sure it's a given most of them probably are genetically going to suffer from hairloss naturally in their 20s but for them to suffer from it in their teens in my opinion is abnormal and most likely related to environmental effects and the food/water causing hormone levels to be imbalanced, lot of inflammation due to them effectively poisoning food and teenagers these days eat total junk food full of chemicals/preservatives and all kinds of poisonous shit in it.
This phenomena needs to be studied, it is completely abnormal and wrong for teenage boys to bald like this, something is going on and we need to get to the bottom of it. I don't think trying to justify or explain it via genetics is going to do any good, my generation had balding genes but we didn't bald in our teens, it's something else.

DHT unfortunately is the cause of hair loss. DHT enters the cell and binds to the AR. After that it triggers gene expression. These genes like I said cause an environment that is bad for the hair follicle which makes it minituarize.

Topical Dutasteride seems to not go systemic as the molecule is big enough to stay in the scalp (500 dalton rule)

And you are right 5ARIs do damage a lot of genes, but unfortunately there is no other solution to it than blocking androgens in the scalp.

And I dont really know what is causing that change that people are balding earlier, but our ancestors have been balding too.

Ötzi (that one famous cave man) was balding btw.

that was from a rat study which they gave the rats x10000 of the normal dose

Even if one gene get damaged in humans, the human will die
