Average Natural MAN: between 0.25 and 0.5 pounds of muscle per week (or about 1-2 pounds of muscle gained per month).

Considering that I'm currently at 72kgs, but I used to weight 82kgs on my prime physique at a very similar bodyfat %, I assume I probably need to put 8 more kgs of muscle mass to reach my old physique.

Which is the equivalent of 17lbs.

Since I workout way harder than the average man, and I have better genetics to build muscle as well, plus the muscle memory from my previous weight, I assume I can actually put 0.7pounds of muscle per week.

17/0.7= TWENTY FOUR MOTHER FUCKING WEEKS

HOLY SHIT, I don't have that much time, wtf!

I'll need to step up on my diet and training, ngl. I need to force my body into getting at least 6kgs of muscle in the next 2 months, fuck this shit!

muscle memory does wonders. i lost my physique 3x already due to injuries and it always got back very quick while i looked like a stick
