Whats the difference between sfs and halfmewing? I am a halfmewer I know that for sure but my maxilla has too much ccw rotation that I start loosing forward growth from it jfl. I thought sfs is caused by that

sfs is when the actual bone of your maxilla is too short vertically, and as a result it will be highly placed, this allows the bite to close very high up as well (low gonial angle) and half mew just pushes the anterior part of the maxilla upwards, so the bite closes higher up than normal but not to sfs level
