5:35: Wake up + CJC1295/no DAC + IPA: 2x right nostril, 2x left, 5:45: Shower and get ready, 6:00: Free time: (6:15-6:25),
6:30: Have the 1st meal: 4 unsalted eggs, 1 vitamin D3 pill + (10k IU, 120, 100) vitamin K2 MK7 + magnesium dimalate, 1 potassium citrate pill (1080 mg) + 1 calcium carbonate pill (500 mg) + 1 vitamin A pill + beta-carotene (2k, 6k) + 1 liter of water.
6:45: Eat the 1st meal, and lymphatic drainage. 7:15: Get ready to go.

9:00: 500ml of water.
12:00: 500ml of water.
1:00: Go home.
1:30: Arrive home.
1:40: Shower and get ready. 2:00: Prepare and eat the 2nd meal: 300g of meat (1 tray), 2 eggs and 50g of salted butter for preparation. + 1 liter of water.
