need a good gym routine monday to friday

been fat whole life so have good base underneath

am fine to skip legs, idk why but they are cinder blocks of muscle

never been before
 
People laugh at my split but it’s fun and it’s made me enjoy working out

Chest + Front delt
Back + rear delt
Arms + lateral delt

Repeat

Legs + lagging body part (for me it’s rear delt not because it’s lagging but I wanna overdevelop them, prob not a good approach to do tbh now that I think about it)

Hit your protein, for you, you need to be in a deficit

Also just saw you wanna do 5 days, sorry lad, I go 7 days because I’m scum

for protein its just eat a lotta meat right?

also how do i work out my daily calorie intake so i can deficit

or is it not worth it and i just eat half of whatever i do normally

i wanna do 7 days too but my dad is the one driving me there, and at 4am too, so i dont wanna ask for too much
