Will be dropping more of these in greater detail but heres a basuc run down of everything

1: Remember that youre aiming for an aesthetic and functional physique, not a roidcell bodybuilder one because if anything those decrease smv and just look fucking weird

2: Train at least 3 days a week (reccomended would be 5-6 days a week)

3: Structure youre training plan and find one tailored to you, the longer you go gym the more you can experiment with a weekly split (for beginners PPL/UL is a good base)

4: Work mainly compound movements and perfect youre form on them

5: progressively overload and track youre progress (start with 12 reps on a weight, work it, then increase the weight till you can hit 12 on that)

6: Train with a high intensity and focus more on acheiving failure or near failure in youre last sets that on high volume

7: best aesthetic muscles to work on imo, shoulders, forearms, lats, triceps, abs

8: find out maintenance calories and suppliment accordingly if you want to cut or bulk

What if your skinnyfat
I can see my abs if I exercise for a long time but Im not lean
 
If you can see youre abs that means you only have a minimal layer of body fat left to lose. Focus more on cardio and being in a caloric defecit than anything else, and if abs are a prioroty, alongside that also train abs, both upper and lower
