- Go high-protein, high-micronutrient: think eggs, salmon, liver, berries, greens.
- Hydration = facial definition. 3–4L/day. Add electrolytes (Na/K/Mg).
- Deficiencies = dull skin, dry lips, and hair loss. Take: D3+K2, Zinc, Omega-3s. (Try to get from foods not supplements)

- Use castor oil or Latisse alternatives (careful w/ side effects).
- Comb them daily (like hair). Trim stray brows, never overpluck.
- Curl lashes slightly, even if you’re a guy. Makes eyes more awake.
- If u can afford a lash lift get it, hides ur uee.
- Zinc and iron deficiencies can also lead to loss of hairs and it falling out, avoid this.

- Fuller hair = more youthful, more status, better frame.

- Use minoxidil/derma roller if needed. Otherwise, volumizing shampoo, no heat damage.
