nasolabial folds and skin : its only possible to remove them if they are genetic through cosmetic procedures or surgery , but if they are caused by dehydration and lack of skincare , can be fixed immediately .
facial hair : this is heavily dependant on your ethnicity ,since he is black a trimmed lined up disconnected goatee would really suit him plus the contrast from eyebrows would match it , unfortunately AI couldnt do it
accessories : tattoos , earrings , piercings, chain ,makeup, heavily fit his overall vibe and add appeal to foids
this is the final result : i think if he actually did all of this , he would reach at least 70% to 80% of it and would improve his facial attractiveness and appeal significantly ,not including that he can improve his physique and hardmaxx to fix his other flaws but im not very well informed in that field im not gonna spread misinformation.
