@copamine No, it's not that he's 'dark triad' or 'sigma' and acting like a prick won't make you more successful with women.
The character traits that made him successful isn't evil, but has everything to do with looks, money, status, height, connections and NT. Don't waste your life trying to replicate the arc of a fictional character.
