In no particular, I order I constructed a list of known supplements that will benefit PE endeavors. These are supplements to completely legal and easily found. Do not expect insane changes but noticeable boost in sexual performance.
These are NOT “growth agents” These will boost EQ, Testosterone Production, Sperm health and improve libido.
Omega – 3 Fatty Acid
Damiana (Turnera Diffusa)
Damiania has been used in South American Tribes as a natural aphrodisiac in women for millennia
Scientific evidence:
Sexual Refractory
Against Anti-Depressants Against Chromium
Ball Size 1 Ball Size 2
Horny Goat Weed – Carries icariin
Dosage: 1000 -2000 mg daily ( you can go higher but in high doses this stuff is mildly hepatoxic
D-aspartic Acid
Stimulates Natural Testosterone Production as Well as Luteinizing Hormone (This will increase fertility) Healthy and active young men did not see much of an increase in test from D-aspartic supplementation Anecdotally though Active men did feel a “boost” in libido.
Good for Hypogonadal men that have low Test and LH this is NOT good for men with low Test and HIGH LH. If your LH is high but test is still low, it means you have some form of resistance to LH. Since D-aspartic acid boost to Luteinizing Hormone formation (indirectly increasing Testosterone this will have an adverse effect with Low T High LH men.
Its worth a try for normal men, worth looking into if you are enhanced athlete.

- Decreases the sexual refractory period. ( Orgasm once, be ready sooner) (in rats).
- Shown to protect testes from toxic substances, Like certain antidepressants and toxic compounds (in rats)
- Damiana increases testicle size while supplementing, It is not known how this happens.
- I personally have felt this effect. Men who did not have this effect likely had a bad supplement source.
