Nothing you cant fix without surgery really, the shit you have left isnt fixable with softmaxxes

Im not a expert at surgery advice but from what i see you could get supraorbital filler to make it look like you have less UEE.
Only softmaxx you have left is hair really id try growing it out see how that looks.

uee - upper eyelid exposure your upper eyelid has too much shit showing
wide set eyes means your eyes are a bit too wide apart but you cant really fix that
wide cheekbones are good and you dont look alien yet so its not rlly a flaw
