16m, 6’0, 70kg. how the fuck do i ascend, im sick and tired of being a ltn, be brutally honest please, tips/methods anything helps thank you.

Try something to grow your eyebrows and debloat. You might also need surgery for that lower third.

Just eat a lot of eggs and milk. Lift everyday. Get jacked. Trust me, no amount of mewing or surgery or wearing fancy or fitting clothes or using face wash and applying superficial things is going to change your appearance, Maybe like 5%. ..

But your looks change rapidly with the more muscle mass and physical stress you put on.
Don't get confused by reading nonsense on this site. Stay simple.

understandable, thank you. ive been training muay thai for around 3 years, its making me lose weight its bs, might just quit that and start hitting gym, you got any good split recommendations?

Don't do any surgery you're still young and your bones will develop till 20s. Chew hard food, meat. Eat a lot of diary. Castor oil for 6 month for your eyebrows. Chew evenly, if you have tight jaw muscles relax them.
dying eyebrows worth it? or castor oil? i eat meat every 1-2 days, also not even considering surgery im still young

The gym does not lower your test 🤣. It only increases your cortisol temporarily because you’re stressing your muscles and they need to repair. When done correctly, the gym can significantly boost your testosterone.
