Hi i really need help
Im 25 at the moment.
Thanks to genetics i lost already around 50 to 60 % of my hair and i can't stop my hair from falling. I don't know what to do. Im at half 20's and i don't want to be bald starting my 30's
I already tried Minoxidil but im alergic. What can i do to stop this??
Also is on the entire head not only hairlines.
I don't usually do posts so i beg your pardon if i post it on the wrong area. Im really stressed out about this... And the stress doesnt help either im starting to see a couple of white hairs mixed with my normal color...

Why haven't you started finasteride? Get on it as soon as possible to halt your hair loss. It is very safe for the vast majority of people and might give you some regrowth as well.

If your skin can't handle topical minoxidil, you might want to consider oral minoxidil. It is quite safe(contrary to what most people think), though I don't know if people who are allergic to the topical solution can handle the oral.

I know some people tolerate foam minoxidil better than ordinary liquid minox. Might something to try as well.

First of all
Your goal is to keep your hair from norwooding further
Don’t waste your time with bullshit we all know that the only real solution is a DHT blocker like finasteride

My hair loss genes are way worse yet my hairline is still unchanged from when I first started treatment

Minoxidil wise, you should try the foam since when I used minoxidil I found that only the foam didn’t cause redness and itchiness in the applied area

You should also consider micro dosing minoxidil (under the dermatologist supervision)

All in all after your hair has been stabilized your goal would be to get a hair transplant

This is just a reminder of the stoic saying

Time is ticking you can’t just stay incompetent and pray that your hair will stay the same

You need to be proactive before it becomes even worse

You can also use a topical anti androgen like RU if it keeps progressing
But I highly doubt it

Split into quarters for 1.25 or half 2.5 every second day.

Thats what my deermatolgist prescribed for me
