first thing i noticed was your eyebags, get some sleep (try it out although i think its mostly from recessed infras), your skin quality needs fixing just follow an easy skincare for now, if it increases just start accutance.

Your lips are pretty dry its an easy fix just apply vaseline. use hydrocortisone for your nose to shrink your pores. Try fixing your eyebrows just fix their shape and also grow out your hair.

Ofc try getting lean eat healthy blah blah the basics.
