Every time there is suspense in a movie and I know someone’s gonna get shot or something

I kinda angle my head down and watch the movie or show out the corner of my eye

I also mentally prepare myself by making the bang sound in my imagination and shuddering my body

I just hate the feeling of something making me jump.

the more you expose yourself to those things the less intense you will react to them
Oh I see

I kinda guessed this tbh

Yeah well I watch a lot of movies and have been exposed to it a lot

It hasn’t changed much, all that happened was me not being disturbed after

I used to run away from dark rooms after switching the lights when I was 4 years old. I told my father to lock me in a dark room for half an hour and since then I don't give a fuck about it
