for all of you absolute idiots who still actually bonesmash ur face like a dumbass, here is the 2 MAIN reasons why you need to STOP asap.

People use UFC fighters shin conditioning and facial bone mass as an example on why bonesmashing works, which is a horrible and bad argument to use. while shin conditioning is a thing, and will increase BONEDENSITY, it will NOT increase bonemass in your face to the point where it will look aesthetically pleasing. The bonedensity will increase as a matter of fact, but it is not worth the risks as it ONLY makes your bones harder, NOT bigger.
