beard thickening

i’m 19 and use minoxidil and derma stamp for my facial hair, my eyebrows are thickening quite a bit but my beard and mustache is still super thin and patchy. Should i moisturize it? am i still too young for thickening. obviously the shaving and waiting for it to grow thicker is cope, any other methods for thickening??
