If your whole face is recessed, is it even worth lowering bf? Or should you just beardmaxx fraud like dan bilzerian and be muscular at like 14% bf?

bf max, but if you don't feel like dropping the last 15-20lbs then grow a beard.
 
Body fat max always . Facial aesthetics is the most important factor .
