They cope because they don’t have the drive to finance and work for the money to get it. Surgery can get just about anyone that isn’t manlet, curry, bad pfl, bad ipd or long midface to chadlite

Upper jaw surgery probably lefort 1

It's a good result, but he was very clearly a class III. He still has a long philtrum, and I imagine one of the Euro docs could've given him some ramus length + a jaw angle improvement.

His orbitals got way better, his eyes are no longer buggy. Was it lefort 2+? Because I don’t think lefort 1 reaches those areas as well
