Being lean - doing some cardio and moderate lifting once a week is beneficial in my opinion.. but after that its diminished returns for lots of money and time.

I did the whole bodybuilding thing in my early 20s i remember the obsession with food and eating and spending money on all that tuna and chicken blablabla..

Yeah I'm high inhib. But it's not that. I have no problem going to the gym and working out. But I hate lifting weights and trying to build muscle. Especially with gymcels on my mind. Just makes me want to quit tbh.

I feel like it's not so much about gymcelling and roiding. It's more about having abs, that's it. Just have abs theory. Kids with similar body to chico would uniornically slay on tinder with a body pic, without ever having lifted a weight in their life. Just have abs and don't be fat theory.

Aesthetics has far more to do with muscle insertions and leanness than actual strength and size, and he probably hit his absolute peak somewhere between years 3 and 5. Natty lifting is just maintenance and recovering from layoffs after that.

Though I agree, natty lifting is cucked.

There are other far more important things for that physique-wise, like wide shoulders, small waist, and developed traps and pecs. (These are more sexually dimorphic traits that indicate high testosterone levels -- so much so, in fact, that anabolic steroids are known to make these areas grow the most in both men and women.)

He enjoys his work and his regular diet, and he's more than likely on "athlete's TRT" (test injections putting him at high-normal or low-supraphysiological levels, sometimes with a bit of nandrolone and/or growth hormone sprinkled in).

Gymcels = framelets, manlets and genuinely ugly guys. If your frame, height and face are at least average, gym will make you look better 100%.

True that, but people massively overrate and over exaggerate the big bodybuilder look. The appeal is massively overrated. If it wasn't I'd be getting laid non stop, gymcels would be getting laid non stop. When I walk around the STEM department at my university, or I walk around in public, or EVEN if I walk around in the gym. Very few people look like they even lift weights.

With me, you can see it immediately. Through a shirt, through a sweater, heck, even through a jacket. If I'm just strooling around, you could immediately tell that I lift and that I lift a shit ton of weight. Why am I not getting laid and approached nonstop?

I've always held a bit of a high body fat though, that's my main issue I think. Most I've ever weighed was 245lbs. Right now I'm staying really consistently at around 220-230. I look kinda like that AlphaDestiny guy I guess, but higher body fat %. Bigger stomach.

I think even for tinder, the roided up body look is overrated. It's more about not being fat. The average guy is skinnyfat. Just by being skinny you beat them. You would uniorincally slay on tinder natty (with a lean physique) just as hard as someone with a roided up bodybuilder physique. This is why people say roids is cope, gymcelling is cope, and diminishing returns etc. It's mostly just be lean theory. Don't be fat theory. And have a great base in terms of frame (genetics), which I do btw.
