The world actually has 23 hours, I'm not going to show scientific evidence or anything like that because I'm not the guy who seeks to be believed, if you believe me well if not go to sleep 2 hours a day.
Your quality of sleep is fucked, nowadays there are watches that calculate your quality of sleep and tell you what you actually slept, always in the tests that have been done with this they have 1 hour less than what they think they slept.
That is why you should sleep 9 to 10 hours a day, because in reality you would be sleeping 7-8 hours.
