How optimal is it to sleep on a single box spring bed? Idk, it kind of comes with a mattress on it

you'll get used to it after a week or so

when i was a kid i used to sleep on foam soft matress then mom got pretty firm mattress i thought it was horrible at first but quickly got used

Yeah, it freed up space in my room. In theory, its best for my spine, right?
