I’m starting to feel some swelling/bigger bone on my zygos been doing it for a week. Are the gains permanent?

Well it doesnt rly have any evident truth. I did it once for a 3 months and got only bloat and minimal bone growth. U need to hit rly hard as only pain emulates tissue growth, like muscle hypertension eg

Well not sure tbh, bloat was kinda big so didnt notice anuthing but that. This might sound like a horseshit but starting sprinting and jogging two years ago seemed to boost my facial bone growth greatly. Theres multiple studies that proof how sprinting increases bone mass.
