Why 2 hours a day?Might wanna limit that to two hours at most to avoid TMJ issues.

bro first dont take picture lying in bed giving appareance of double chin
Second where is the before after
First wtf is that pic what are we supposed to see?
I can literaly take 2pic 5s appart with no jaw definition and then jaw definition just by changing the angle.
Give 2pic from same angle same distance same light, thats how we compare
> "here's the progress"
> provides a single pic instead of a before/after like a sane person
An association between temporomandibular disorder and gum chewing - PubMed
This single center, randomized, small study sought to investigate the prevalence and frequency of chewing gum consumption, and whether there is a relationship between these factors and the presence of symptoms associated with temporomandibular disorder (TMD). Subjects were divided into 7 groups...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
Oral habits among adolescent girls and their association with symptoms of temporomandibular disorders - PubMed
Jaw play was the most detrimental habit in TMD; intensive gum chewing was a potentially contributing factor for joint noises and pain. Oral parafunctions (except chewing gum) were significantly associated between themselves and suggest a behavioural pattern of "jaw hyperactivity".pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
Does gum chewing increase the prevalence of temporomandibular disorders in individuals with gum chewing habits? - PubMed
Considering that intensive gum chewing may affect TMD signs in individuals with a gum chewing habit. It seems a longer duration of gum chewing may increase the prevalence of TMD. Individuals with a class II skeletal pattern may be affected more than others.pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

Yes because you are eating to much gum to lock your jaw in place.
Not because of how many hours

Ok.
I legit lift weights with my jaw. No TMJ YetIts like building muscle retard.
If you lift too much and have not lifted much you will strain yourself.
Something what you have referenced.
The more you train and chew less strain you have on your jaw.

I’m not sure why I’m even bothering to type a response because it’s clear you lack the ability to read and write correctly. TMD is positive correlated to the amount of hours you chew at one time as shown by these studies.
Show me your studies backing up what you’re claiming or don’t reply, please. Thanks.
IndeedIts called stop and move motion.
Its obvious when you work on something for a long time it be tedious and tiring.
Anything you do will have a strain on it.
My god when was the last time you done any thing physical?

Good lolHow are your molars looking
That's not a before pic. Before and afters have to be taken from proper angles that allow progress to be judged, and even more importantly, they have to be taken from the exact same angle in the exact same light (profile shots in a lateral ceph fashion are an exception).I wasnt trying to perfect with the picture. Im not impressing nobody here.
Just showing progress of my jawline
You want to see before pic?
