I live in the states. You have to be under a .07-8 to drive. Driving with a beer is illegal — Open container is illegal as well as DUI.

It is legal in England to have a beer while you drive as long as you don’t go over the limit

if I’m feeling low inhib I don’t wear a seatbelt

I would never drive after 3 beers though, 2 would be my personal maximum.

I rarely drink, I like (well I don’t) to rot sober
