Her nose was already pretty wide to begin with so it looks amplified even more. 8-10 mm looks like the sweetspot depending on your starting point for cheekbone "gain".

I am still so in between on getting MSE. I have a narrow palate but even at 8mm expansion the undereye benefits look pretty sick. Would never do the expansion the black girl did though. Nose expanded way too much. Rhino is obviously an option though.

All the other photos I saw from other patients made the patients look like a peanuthead,where the upper palette is way to wide compared to lower palette and forehead. Also the zygos expand way to much making the peanuthead worse. Time to change my avi.

I think that squarer orbitals helped her Canthal tilt
Plus cheekbones are really wider but its not do visible because of fat
