I lost like 9-10% body fat

My after is kinda thin but it’s better to just get shredded and slowly clean bulk again.

Since it’s better to be skinny than skinny fat I suppose.

Lifefuel. I'm doing my first real bulk now so I don't have much muscle and look like a fatty subhuman. I'll start cutting by about April to hopefully look good for June.

Nice I was full on cutting. Now I’m cutting back on the black coffee and not walking as much.

I’m not sure but I went from like 20% to like 11-12%

I just do them hanging from the pull up bar when I do my pull up’s. So like leg raise things.

My abs are pretty weak I just have naturally small waist

I can never bulk again. Since it's brutal to walk around with a bloated face, and fatass body.

Don’t listen to this moron. Abs are muscle and you need to train them as any other muscle group. The bigger they are, the better.

Many skinny guys with no abs definition at all despite being low body weight : Sean O’pry for exemple.

I’m currently 17% bodyfat but with popping abs because I train them seriously (i.e I use weight/resistance instead of doing retarded crunches).

Yeah this device seems to work well. Even if it didn’t it can compare my start to my finish and I used it daily and saw .1+ % drop off.

and lose 5% bf per week. and thats going to be actually 5% even if you dont see the progress during the week due to water retention which playd a big role as well

You’re not listening. Maybe it cannot quantify my total bf % well but if it’s noticing a down ward trend as I’m losing fat and giving me relatively believable numbers in terms of what I’m losing then it can possibly be good at telling the diff from start to finish.

3500 calories is one pound. 1 week for 5% (depending on your weight and body fat) is an extreme deficit.

They get trained in compound movements. There is no need to isolate them. If you have weak abs, then maybe you can try to train them separately, but it's probably a lot of wasted time.

I didn’t claim to lose it in a week. Nor do I think you even could. You’d have to be in a deficit of 3500x7 (at least more if you’re heavier)

I’m not sure it’s possible even if you fasted and exercised for 7 full days

that is called bulking. Because you are than in a callories maintenance. Because callories surplus = adding fat.

If you cut more when you recomp you will be bigger and leaner.
Muscle takes a lot longer to build than fat takes to lose tho

Keep your protein intake up, you won’t lose much muscle. What you feel at this weight is glycogen depletion and water loss.
