well drop it in trash thats where tren belongs.
as for test c then good thing, just do not hop on tren, trust me when I say this I know enough people and seen, you can not and will not be able to control anything just an advice friend, rest is on you. Idk probably solid MTN (high tier) in normal daily lighting.

Good decision man tren is not something you should fuck with, especially 200mg dosage and you are practically begginer roidcell with that body and 500mg test C. You would just get diminishing returns from it. happy to help ya! sometimes more does not equals better!
