Most of the lads here are talking about skin or Peptides and the reality is your bone structure is the skeleton of your face. Without proper bone mass, no cutting or skincare will peak you.

Come on: bones don't change that quick. It is very genetically driven. But those things you ignore still count in the long run.

Zygos

Forward + lateral projection give you width and shadows, but don't fall prey to the myth of "high zygos = automatic hunter eyes." Hunter eyes are about orbital shape + maxilla support. Zygos only contribute. (Zygos are sort of connected to the maxilla so if you have a wide maxilla there is a high chance you'll have wide zygos)

Maxilla

Forward maxilla = Improved midface projection, reduced face flattening. If recessed, hollow under-eyes and elongated midface. Good tongue posture supports position but will not advance bones forward in adults. Surgery (LeFort, SARPE) is only actual "hardmax."

I know that i'm showing women rn but its litteraly the same

Gonial angles (jaw angles)

Wide/low angles make the jawline look stronger. You can train masseters/neck to emphasize it, but don’t expect bone growth from chewing gum. Surgery or implants are the real change here. (Having a long ramus almost gaurantees low gonial angle)

Mandible thickness

A thicker jaw bone simply makes the face stronger. Genetics + general bone density are at play. Strength training + appropriate nutrition boost density, but jaw shape perhaps not necessarily.

Supraorbital ridge (brow area)

Sturdy ridge encircles the eyes. Cannot be learned, only exposed with low body fat. Brow bossing surgery is real but rare and dangerous. Mostly gives your eyes "in the shadow" look

You can see in this picture that his eyes look deep set because of his brow area.

Reality check:
The majority of "bone hacks" found online are cope. After puberty, you aren't re-modeling your skull with chum. What you can do is:
Strengthen posture (alignment of tongue and neck)
Load your skeleton (heavy compound lifts)

Optimize nutrition (D3, K2, calcium, Stay lean so bone definition is evident And if you seriously need structural change → surgery remains the only real route. Conclusion: Bone mass is crucial, but don't get swayed by simple rhetoric. Zygos, maxilla, gonions etc. all contribute their bit — it's the sum (and fat %, muscle, skin) that creates the face. Consider bones as foundation and not the Holy Grail.
