This is just a quick summary of the key looksmaxes you should be focusing on for all the new gens

1. Bone Mass / Facial Structure:

– Natural remodeling through posture, tongue pressure (mewing), and growth hormone pathways takes at least 12–18 months, especially after puberty.

– I’ve seen changes combining GH secretagogues (CJC-1295 w/ DAC + Ipamorelin) with resistance chewing, facial exercises, and posture work.

– Results aren’t insane, but subtle improvements in bizygomatic width and midface forwardness ARE possible.


2. Skin:

– Most people are wasting time with surface-level treatments.

– Get bloodwork: high androgens, low SHBG, insulin resistance = acne. Fix the root.
