How i look right now
Just turned 18, 6’1
Last 2 pics are 6-7 (unironically) months old.
Thought behind first cycle
First off i have never pinned anything in my life, nor took any substances (test,rad etc.).
I want to learn how to handle a cycle, inject, and keep consistency, handle potential side effects.
(Ofc i have read a ton and learned, but wont know it to 100% till i’ve tried it.)
Still in my learning phase here.
(have not saved studies i read: therefore no sources)
What i Will order is:
Ghkcu : for relatively better skin/ health indicators overall, but mainly for the hair to improve thickness.
Mk677 : i know a LOT of you Will say it’s just cope.
But my friends have took 6 weeks cycles of it and i can confirm too that they have improved in aspects of gym, hunger, sleep etc.
Taking it because im trying to bulk, get deeper sleep and increasing igf-1/hgh levels (i know that the hgh is minimal)
Bpc-157 : generally to feel even lesser fatigue, improve overall health, gut health.
Also taking to improve igf-1/hgh levels (also minimal)
Igf-1 LR3 : self explanatory based on why i’m taking the other 2.
+ Have been using minox + o.o25% tretinoin for 3 months now on hairline/brows and have seen improvements. Getting finasteride too (would say I’m not prone to sides, because I took isotretinoin orally for 6 months and didn’t experience a single one)
How i will maximize the effects
I already have som decent sleep defficency- so the compounds i have ordered Should help a bit.
Will be eating a clean - high protein/carb diet. Whilst doing 16:8 fasting.
High intensity training 6x days a week to maximize the release of hgh and physique results.
+sauna 3x a week because I love doing it and it helps
Will be getting lower braces + headgear. Hoping that this can slightly improve the results of my lower third.
Vitamins/nutrients
Vitamins:
B12
B3
Magnesium
Omega3
L-Catharine
Kalcium
K2
These will be taken through my diet, however I will also take them in pills (those days I don’t get enough of all nutrients)
I will be Increase sun intake
Drinking 1L milk everyday (have done it my whole life already because I LOVE the taste of milk
).
Thinking about trying unpasteurized milk too tbh
.
Meat based diet, as well as rice, potatoes (general healthy “gym” diet, nothing too crazy)

I know this is a “low” effort thread, but as said I’m still learning. Hoping this plan will help me understand what I’m doing a bit more, and overall improve my health/ physique.
My growth plates are not closed yet so could also HOPE for some growth in the bones ( but not something I expect).
