Doesn't matter if you're an adult or have doxxed your selfie, on and after Jan 1, 2025, you will be deemed a child who needs parental permission to use social media or prove you're not a child by providing government-issued identification or other legally approved verification of age to what I coined as FUCS (Federal Unified Communication (or Certification) System). And thus, everyone is doxxed. Hence, fucked.
They claim this authoritarian law applies to new accounts and not current ones. They state those folks are safe from dox during the Pilot trial. Don't believe that bullshit for a second. All it takes is for a few concerned, educated citizens, or law enforcement, dirty or not, to accuse the user of being 16 and under. The network would then have to comply or be fined, arrested, and shut down. In their perspective, fingers crossed the latter happens... everything is deleted into the abyss. "Oops, during our evidence keeping, we accidentally dropped your server from a twenty-story roof."
Expect many liars! There will be online testimonies from honest folks who follow the devious rules, reacting, "No one asked me to prove who I am. Perhaps the people posting this are probably suspicious for good reasons, or they're paranoid because they're not taking their medications."

The many against the few. The government cannot infringe on your right to free speech, but private companies can turn them into TOS conditions. Anything can be viewed as hate speech, from a private company's concept. There was an intelligent reason why Twitter went private.
They demand to know who you are that can be verifiable in a court of law so they can legally remove you. If they can't, you better believe they'll get politically dirty. But DC clowns like Alex Jones have nothing to worry about. It's time we go back to the origin of the internet, using only personal computers and preferably corded phone lines. Sadly, the latter tech today is obsolete. Therefore, we could utilize the cellular phone service and its mobile hotspots and use networks outside the sheepdogs' realm. Or Telnet. MUD. But fuck TOR. That gateway has been grossly compromised. And absolutely fuck any phone app.
For now, some VPNs will work, but they too will have to comply, or the operators will be fined and arrested. Of course, that opens an opportunity for private VPNs. In time, they too will be fined, and the users arrested for violating a federal law; bypassing the FUCS.
