So i found this youtube video and he basically explain how he got 5'11 form 5'4 / 5'2 parents, Yes im not smart as you guys, i grey, Here im want to ask a opinion.

The point of the video:
1. His height only 5'2 before
2. Eat a lot until he was kinda obese
He saying that, easting fastfood is oke rather than not eating at all
3. Do Interval(Sprint 1 minute, off 1 minute), Because he has scoccer before
4. Only do body weight exercise, because if you use heavy weight, it can stunt your height, especially when squat, deadlift, rdl, and any presses movement.
5.He say that teenager dont supposed to cut or in calories deficit.
Now at 18 hos height is 5'11

Please dont say , "Holy Grey":) yes im a grey but im here to learn form you guys:)

It was genetics. I went from 5'8" in 9th grade to 6'2" by the beginning of 10th, and it happened over the winter spontaneously. I didn't do anything, either, it just so happened that I grew. Genetic recombination is the cause for most of these cases, like Austin Wayne who's parents are both 5'9", but he's 6'6", he didn't do anything to influence that and it was a direct result of genetics

Height is all genetic. I’m 5’11 but my brother is 6’2 despite being 4 years younger than me. Same upbringing except I was wayyy more active

I'm 5'9 while my anorexic sedentary cousin grew to 6'2

He looks ethnic, his parents were probably malnourished so they didn't reach their potential

Or must have tall ancestors at some point in the lineage and hit a good genetic recombination

I mean, he's not exactly wrong, but that's just not how he grew, and it's not how most people grow. It's more of like, what supports growth, aka what supports your genetic potential. Most obese people I've met are a foot shorter than me, but all of that is anecdotal
