Requirements
- narrow pelvic bone (or at least not large)

Step 1 - Acclimate your Body to Maintaining Leanness
if youre not like one of those kids that can eat whatever you want yet stay lean, you need to acclimate yourself too leanness. If you are blessed with the natural shreds then skip this step.
simply eat a raw meat (organs included) only diet, grass fed and organic until you are shredded to the gills then maintain that for 3-6 months. During this period if time your goal is to cleanse your body of all toxicity and get your body acclimated to ideal hormone balance a natural weight and the pinnacle of health. You dont have to do much in the gym during this period of time, simply do the exercises in step 2 whenever you feel like it to learn the movement and get used to the gym. Sleep should be on point. By the end of the cutting period + 3-6 months of maintaining you should have clear ab veins and your body should have an easy time maintaining that level of leanness.
Step 2 - Gaining mass + Roiding
Overall time line of bulk
you want to gain about %30 of your current body weight in the span of 1 year. Since you have been eating a meat only diet and are shredded at 5'10-6'1 your weight should be around 60-70kg which is your natural weight. Assuming you are 65kg you would ideally want to get to about 85kg by the end of this 365 day journey. Therefore track your weight and aim to gain about 1-2kg per month. As long as youre gaining between a kilogram or two a month youre doing good
Now its time to take some serious action. We are going to add 3 things. Food, Roids and Training
Food
On top of your raw meat regimen you want to add raw milk and honey to gain weight. Depending on your height this could vary from 2L to 6L of milk with a couple hundred grams of honey. Ideally place the milk + honey consumption around your workout and before sleep.
Roids

6.5mg aromasin ed
increase by 10mg test and 1iu hgh every month for 5 months then maintain dose (100mg test, 7iu hgh). Decrease dose when it feels off, now you know your ideal dose.
Training
Push
- Bench
- Machine shoulder press
- Incline chest fly
- Machine lateral raise
- Tricep overhead extension
Pull
- Barbell row
- Lat pulldown
- Rear delt fly
- Bicep curl
- Lat pull over
super set leg extensions and cable crunch whenever you feel like it. Go to the gym 4-6 times a week depending on recovery, 1 rir on every set.
Track weights and increase as much as possible. 5-8 rep range
Step 3 - Cutting down
Ideally this should be before summer. Spend 2 months cutting down 5-10% of your bodyweight depending on how fat you are. If you are around 20% body fat then closer to 10% loss, If you are around 10-15% body fat then closer to 5% loss.
Lets say you got to 85kg and want to loose 8%. thats 7kg of weightloss meaning around a kg a month. Simply remove all milk + honey and go back to meat only for this period of time

First you will lose a fuck ton of water weight then start shredding fat fast asf
Now go and enjoy your physique at the club and beach

You gained a fuck ton of bonemass on your clavicles and face, You have a big dick, deep voice and an incredible physique. All you have to do is maintain it. with whatever dosage of test you feel comfortable with, possible around 100-150mg 2x per week with no ai. Add in a bit of var here and there when you feel like it and you will do just fine. In terms of diet you can keep eating in this clean way however as long as you keep your protein around 150-200 you can splurge on some degeneracy as long as you are taking accutane for skin and dont care about your health
