Yes, here in Romania like 10-15 years ago, there was an influx of rappers, some of them came from US, they were black, and even if most of them sucked, and didn't become famous in America, all the local celebrities wanted to work with them, literally every song started to feature a black rapper saying a few lyrics, these guys build a career here, gained money, fame and girls doing almost nothing!
