It's not really hell imo, it's bad if you don't have friends or sociability, I have both, not to an extreme level but I manage

being only child is more relaxing but also hell when you are nd

at the same time tho, it's way better because if they gave birth to a sub5, at least they won't make another one and make them suffer too
