I have a thin feminine delicate sub 6 inch wrist. I've been getting slight carpal tunnel lately. Any other wristcel suffering from it?>

I have wondered this too.

My wrist is 6.5'' and I get wrist pain quite easily from typing too much. Dad on the other hand can use his 8.2 inch wrists all day and nothing happens.

Tf does your dad have 8.2 inch and you have 6.5. My dad mogs me like most but I'm 6.5-.75 too but he's only in the 7s

Yeah he is an armmogger tbh. My mom has 7.3 inch wrists too. I never used my wrists/arms for anything during development, so I guess that's why they're subhuman

Maybe but it just doesn't seem like one of those things that would change, I can understand why it might thicken the bone in the arm but wouldn't it be too risky to thicken the wrist where it is a joint? at least you have crazy good genes and half the reason I'm here is to apply the knowledge to my kids one day, so you can make little wrist moggers jfl.

I will say I sort of autistically squat quite a lot in my chair and have done my whole life, and I have 90% ankles at 5'8 according to a study for the marines in the 50s so they are healthy weight, and only average wrists according to that

It's not all genetics. Just like chewing forces remodel the jaw, so do forces on other bones.

i don't think any force specifically targets the wrist bone.
it's the entire body

Its not because of your small wrists, its because you probably have no hand and arm strength. If you stretch and do exercises consistently then you will most likely do away with carpal tunnel. This is why women have carpel tunnel so often, they spend all day on their phones or computers and never do even basic exercise or strength training

Right but it doesn't remodel the tmj joint does it? I just don't see where you are going to apply force on the wrist in a way that's going to make it girthier other than like sitting but lifting yourself off the floor using the wrists with palms on the floor?

Your making a conclusion like that doesn't prove anything but OPs point, women on average have smaller wrists too (but yeah its probably not the bone size tbh unless rickets tier)

I dont know if op was trying to make the point that it is about wrist size, but if that was what he was saying, then he was wrong. It is about bone density and muscle mass, thats why women from north europe have carpal tunnel and other bone and tendon problems more often than women from italy or women from west africa, because even though people from north europe have a larger frame, they have lower bone density and muscle mass. If you were to work out, and stretch your muscles, you would increase the bone density, muscle mass, and the strength of the tendons and ligaments. Which would alleviate or do away with most carpal tunnel symptoms, regardless of wrist size

Sounds good to me, ofc the bone density is probably low in Northern Europe rather than southern or Africa is bc in Northern Europe you need every minute of sunlight you can get for vitamin d but now we spend too much time inside, plus I bet they have way less in their dietary intake nowadays unless it’s like some fishing village in some fjord with no imports

There is no "wrist bone."
The radius and ulna traverse the entire forearm, and wrist exercises involving flexion, extension, adduction, abduction, and isometric (so grip strength) as well as forearm flexion and extension exercises all load the radius and ulna. Force targets bone as long as you are using the muscle associated with the movement of that bone.

This is also why resistance training leads to great bone mineral density in adults.
Right but it doesn't remodel the tmj joint does it? I just don't see where you are going to apply force on the wrist in a way that's going to make it girthier other than like sitting but lifting yourself off the floor using the wrists with palms on the floor?
Anything using your forearms pretty much. See above.

Its mostly genetic, although of course things like vitamin D and other nutrients affect it. But assuming all other variables were the same bone density would still decrease the further north in europe you went, and in america blacks who have on average poor nutrition compared to whites still have much higher bone density and muscle mass than whites, and lower rates of carpel tunnel, osteoporosis, etc

Consider the darkness of the skin, though. But yeah i guess the nutritional and sunlight difference is between the southern and Northern Europeans and the genetic one between blacks and whites

your wrists can grow into your 30's i think.

Lifefuel then. My parents wrist/arm mog me into oblivion. I have better diet than them but still have good robustness compared to me.
