I am a british born guy 18 yo living with my family both are from Azerbaijan and Iranian.
Everyday they cook certain meals that are too triggering for me which fucks my macros and gives me a high % body fat or gyno dad bod. They cook meals high in carbs, fat but low in protein. Fuck mannnn, if I wasnโt cooking at home I would barely go over 50g worth of protein a day.
My mom shouts at me when cooking at home she says stop wasting all the mince like what else am I supposed to do eat stew that doesnโt benefit my muscle building regimen? I try and have a high protein diet but compared to my other white friends they recover faster AND ARE FUCKINNG TALLER (minimum 6 feet) from great nutrition. Whereas I am 5โ7 with small arms, big torso and muscular legs only.
So what do I do? My solution is I order from Uber eats secretly when my parents are out.
