Being "appealing" in general helps

When it comes to improving quality of life, you should definitely focus on general aesthetics (body language, voice tone, what you wear). Of course looks alone play a bigger role, but it's generally more known than the stuff I mentioned.

This is especially important when it comes to social media. The way you edit your pictures, videos etc. your profile picture on Instagram. Everything should be appealing. Makes it easier for people to perceive you as someone they'd want to keep close.
