Being big vs looking big at photos

Why i thinkike that? Well look ta this guy. You might say that Hes just gymceled, terrible frame, wide hips etc. Dont look at face now.

He look much smaller than this bb

But now compare them irl.


You see, you dont see Rico as that huge guy on the pic. He despite not having that much musle as bb, is still huge. His giant skeleton (frame and height) make him big, but wide hips and big skeleton make his physique not amear that big.

David laid look giant on the pics but no way near as big irl. He has perfect bb genetics. Small frame, thin wrists ankles, small hands feet, knees, elbows, skull, super narrow waist and hips etc. This make each kg or pound of musle looking much bigger on photos than it is irl.

Vs him in clothes next to other people

Keep that in mind that people see you in clothes in most period of time.

Hes not way bigger. On photos Rico doesnt see big at all, but hes giant. Even is panda is bigger, not that much as you can think judging by the photo. Also not that main thing what i mean, is that size is more important that Aesthetics Becouse youre in clothes in most of the time anyway.

Its harder to put on muscle the taller you get, thats why most successful pro bodybuilders are average-short height.

The lense play in the video is immense, not reliable for a comparison at all.

They move back and fourth one milimeter and the size relation completely changes.

It's not that he's frame is shit, he's frame is good he's shoulders are really wide, he just have a good frame for fighting.
Since most of your stability come from your core, wider hips will lend you more stability.
He is big overall.
He just doesn't have the roided maxxed gymshsark build.
