Samsung galaxy watch 4 stress data based on HRV (heart rate variability).

trying to prevent spikes of elevated stress and cortisol which are looksmin, accelerate aging and healthmin, and keep my cool all the time to be mentally stable instead of having random anger outbursts or getting stressed every 30 minutes getting into fight or flight mode (which degrades ur system if done frequently) for petty things or random stimuli.

mainly health reasons cause these spikes also increase my likelihood of getting stress symptoms like palpitations, chest tightness etc

The line between eustress and distress/chronic stress is very thin

In my opinion, cardiovascular exercise or resistance training is the only productive way to channel eustress (which will increase heart rate, blood pressure) and also make you more resistant to cortisol spikes the rest of the day provided you do a proper warmup, cooldown and just exert yourself the right amount not too much or too less

Rest of the time your stress levels should be low ideally, even when you assert yourself.
