I just want to be the leanest I can this summer and I have 1 month left to fully cut until my bulk cycle starts.
What I’m gonna have today:
- Morning: 300 ml of milk, 2 wheat biscuits = 42g carbs, 21g protein and 11g fat.
- Lunch: Steak and onions = 6g carbs, 38g protein and 23g fat.
- Snack after working out = 24g protein, carbs and fat are under 5g as far as I know
Dinner: Chicken chow mein = 28g carbs, 32 g protein and 16g fat.
