Being constantly hungry when cutting is brutal which could make me binge eat

I just want to be the leanest I can this summer and I have 1 month left to fully cut until my bulk cycle starts.

What I’m gonna have today:

- Morning: 300 ml of milk, 2 wheat biscuits = 42g carbs, 21g protein and 11g fat.

- Lunch: Steak and onions = 6g carbs, 38g protein and 23g fat.

- Snack after working out = 24g protein, carbs and fat are under 5g as far as I know

Dinner: Chicken chow mein = 28g carbs, 32 g protein and 16g fat.

You also need to eat carbs for sufficient amounts of testosterone and muscle glucose storage. I recommend if you are cutting eat less than 80 grams daily and also don’t forget it gives your body the energy to lose weight and ramp up your metabolism

Too much leafy greens make you bloated but I do have lettuce and cucumbers with the chinese dish as a side. I hate tomatoes tho

With the steak I have I usually have it with 2 large onions fried

Just grow up, height gives a tonn of metabolism.
