I am something in between mesomorph and endmorph and i have a friend who is ectomorph. I skullmog him and we are same height (6') but if we weren't side by side and if you looked us independently on street everyone would say that he is taller than me few inches. If you are an ectomorph you can fraud your height just by existing.

agreed, i’m 5’9 so kinda manlet in UK and I feel like due to my frame and body fat % i seem shorter than I am.

My friend works out for years and has a muscular body with less than 10% body fat but he still looks slender due to his genetics. Even i think that he is taller than me when i see him in distance and then in close i realize that we are same height or that i even heightmog him by few centimeters.

i have low class 20% bf balkan frame and body type
