i am the only one who exists in the whole world so i don't understand why its in my genetic code to feel empathy...
it makes no sense to feel empathy towards others when they don't even exist

Empathy is something we feel because humans are social animals. We help each other to make the chance of survival higher. Sharing food shelter etc. If we didn't have that then humanity would go extinct. Imagen sitting in a cave with 20 other people with a spears as weapons or being alone. If a bear or a pack of wolves attack (less likely to attack vs many humans because intimidation). Even then you have a higher survival chance if it comes to fighting animals. On top of that people can be specialists. Like spear throwing ,trackers, herbalists ,cooks , entertainers etc. Everything has a purpose and empathy gives mutual benefit for human beings

Relating to others in a way is self preservation and whoever you empathize with. Being able to feel pity for someone because you have the ability to imagen what if that happened to you is useless ffrom an individual point of view. Infact it can hinder your progress and survival rate if you had that trait while not applying it to humans(vegan cucks). While it increase chances of survival in tribes or families or whatever. Because you would want to solve the problem of the people you care about.
