I used to be skinny now I’m like 250lb at 6’0.5 and it sucks. I have lost a good 20 pounds since May strictly eating chicken/broccoli and walking on the treadmill daily 3 incline and 3mph for half an hour. It works pretty well but you have to cut all that soda and bullshit we consume in USA.
