When girls repeatedly see you sitting alone in class at school or university they no longer will be able to see you as an option. The exception is if you are a TRUE HIGH SMV chad. HTN, chadlite don't cut it.
When girls see you alone all the time they view you as too socially excluded and outside of the tribe to be a potential mate.
Humans don't want someone no one else wants. You are not a "sigma". I know that term is a meme but it is rooted in people trying to cope with their subhuman social exclusion.
In reality the more friends and more of a social life = the more girls
More so than any other trait, being alone and friendless without a social circle will mean it's over. Not only can you not meet new women because you don't have any opportunity to socialise, but the ones who you happen to be around because of high school or university classes won't want you because you're visibly friendless and undesirable. It's a death sentence
After all the years of girls seeing me sitting alone in class, or walking about aimlessly at lunch with no friends, I know to them I am now a completely sexless object.
No matter how good I look, the tribe rejected me and all the girls have seen it.
You are not in the tribe = you are not an option.
You sit alone at lunch on your phone = you are subhuman.
You stand around outside of class alone no one talking to you and when you try to interject in peoples conversations they make no effort to include you = your genetics are TRASH
